       AkzoNobel invests in two new research labs in the

       Netherlands


          Two  new  research  labs  are  being
       built  by  Dutch  paints  major,  Akzo-
       Nobel,  at  its  Sassenheim  site  in  the
       Netherlands  to  further  propel  product
