Manali Petrochemicals expands propylene glycol
capacity
Manali Petrochemicals Ltd. (MPL),
a part of AM International, Singapore,
has expanded its propylene glycol. The
newly established facility will com-
mence operations upon receipt of the
Consent to Operate (CTO) from the
Tamil Nadu State Pollution Control
Board, the company said in a stock
market fi ling.
With this expansion, MPL will in-
crease its propylene glycol production
capacity by 50,000 tonnes per annum
(tpa), augmenting the existing capacity

Fine Organics acquires land for its fi rst manufacturing
facility in US
Fine Organic Industries Ltd., a
Mumbai-based manufacturer of specia-
lity ingredients and additives, has
announced that its US arm, Fine Orga-
nics Americas LLC, has acquired about
160 acres in Union County, South
Carolina to establish its fi rst US manu-
facturing facility.
The company expects the new
facility to commence operations in
2027 and serve its US customer base.
