       OCI Global selling clean ammonia project in Texas

       to Woodside Energy


          OCI Global, the Dutch producer of
       hydrogen, methanol and nitrogen pro-
       ducts, has agreed to sell 100% of its equity
       interests  in  its  clean  ammonia  project
       under construction in Beaumont, Texas
       (OCI  Clean  Ammonia),  to  Australian
       energy  firm,  Woodside  Energy  Group
       Ltd. for a total consideration of $2.35-bn
       on a cash-free and debt-free basis.
